Problem: A user had his password reset. Unfortunately, he could not sign into his computer. I tried signing into another account, but it proved to be unsuccessful.

Solution: After some testing, it was discovered that the computer would say the password was wrong for a few minutes after it was powered on, even when it was meticulously typed in. Once he was able to sign in, a remote session was established. I uninstalled and reinstalled some drivers. When I rebooted, the computer started working normally again.
