Pro Active Server Care automatically takes care of your server(s) for one low flat monthly fee.  Never again will you come in to work unaware that your server was down due to a problem.  Our Pro Active Server Care engineers monitor and maintain your hardware and software so that it remains up and running and in top condition. 
 
Here's how we do it:
First, we install a small software program (called the Agent) on your server. The Agent uses special monitoring technology to keep tabs on important parameters concerning your server's performance. It automatically alerts our Support Team to any issues that could impact your server's availability, whether it's with Windows, Exchange e-mail, SQL databases, and the like. If the Agent detects any problems, it automatically sends an alert to our Pro Active Server Care professionals. Then, using a secure, encrypted connection, the appropriate Product Support Team automatically initiates a remote connection to the server and addresses the issues raised by the Agent.  All this happens automatically, anytime day or night, at no additional cost. 
When issues arise, our Pro Active Server Care engineers troubleshoot problems using Best Practice fixes. These are automatically determined resolutions from a detailed, proprietary knowledge base. Best Practice fixes have been found to completely resolve approximately 85% of monitored parameter and service failures.  For issues like hardware or networking problems that may not be resolvable remotely, we automatically receive alerts from our Pro Active Server Care professionals and can immediately dispatch an engineer to your location to fix the problem.
Pro Active Server Care also handles Microsoft Windows Patching.  Pro Active Server Care professionals thoroughly test all Microsoft-released security updates during a 30 day pre-deployment testing window. The Product Support team uses the Agent's Patch Deployment Engine to automatically deploy all Microsoft security patches that have passed internal testing. Based on your configured schedule or acceptable maintenance window, this service is usually done in the middle of the night when your business is closed, so as to not interrupt your normal operations.
